Noah Denzer is a Newport RI based composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and arts educator. He currently serves as Director of Instrumental Music at Portsmouth Abbey, Composer for Theater at St. Michaels, Faculty for the Jazz Camp at Newport, and as a private instructor of guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo, violin, viola, cello, saxophone, and voice
Noah holds a degree in Music Education from Salve Regina University (‘18) and a master’s in Music Composition from The University of Rhode Island (‘21). He has taught music at the Block Island School, the University of Rhode Island, St. George’s School, and Thompson Middle School.
Noah plays over 30 different instruments, and has produced dozens of projects. He is a practicing visual artist, avid cook, and lover of the outdoors. He is one half of the indie folk band Skyland with his fiancee Elise Felker. Noah is also the bassist for jazz jam band Dabble.
